If the carrier loses it, we ship it again free
The risk people actually worry about with an international order is the parcel that never turns up. Our policy on that is simple: if the carrier loses your order in transit, we reship the whole order free of charge once the loss is confirmed by the carrier. You do not pay twice for a parcel we both watched disappear.
What this does not cover, so there are no surprises: an address entered incorrectly at checkout, or a parcel returned to sender because it was not collected from your local depot within the carrier’s holding period. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 11pm are dispatched the same day from Switzerland. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. That is an estimate rather than a guarantee — destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions all affect it, and remote addresses can take longer.
What happens if my parcel never arrives?
If the carrier loses your order in transit, we reship the full order free of charge once the carrier confirms the loss. The exceptions are an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, and parcels returned to sender because they were not collected from your local depot within the holding period — in those cases a new order is required.
Can I track it?
Yes. A tracking number is issued the moment the carrier scans your parcel and is emailed to you; you can also follow it on the Track Your Order page. If your order shipped in the last few hours the carrier may not have updated their system yet, which is normal.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
